The European Star Food Industries “Rawab” brand received this honorary recognition as part of the selection of the Best 22 Yemeni Establishments, along with 22 community and developmental sectors and 22 Yemeni figures for the year 2022. This recognition came according to the 2022 report issued by the Community Monitoring, Awareness, and Evaluation Team, which aims to enhance work quality, improve production, humanize services, and support the implementation of standards related to quality, safety, environment, public health, local production, and comprehensive development in alignment with the National Vision. The recognition was based on testimonials and opinions from the targeted public and consumers of each establishment, sector, and personality, in addition to endorsements from competitors and official entities.
The report granting this honorary recognition to the company’s food and dairy products, including Rawab juices, fermented milk, and yogurt—products manufactured by Rawab, one of the branches of the European Star Food Industries—stated that the selection was supported by nominations from the commercial sector, community endorsement, and official confirmation. Rawab was chosen as one of the best national products distinguished by improved manufacturing quality, safe natural production, proper packaging, and offering healthy and safe options to consumers, despite the challenges faced by the company and the broader industrial, commercial, and investment sectors in Yemen, which struggle under conditions that do not support the national economy or its growth.
